Kaylee grew up on farms from KZN region through to Mpumalanga.
From a young age she has been exposed to a wide range of agriculture, teaching her the importance of not only immense respect for product and a life, but the life span of a product and a life.
She relocated to Stellenbosch, graduated with a two-year diploma in Culinary arts in food and beverage. Since then she has worked in various establishments to broaden her knowledge in hospitality.
At Janse and Co, she is looking forward to being a part of the food and guest experiences as the Maitre’d.
